The Yotsubashi zone where the Sunworld Building is located has Yotsubashi Station on the Osaka Municipal Subway Yotsubashi Line and is a region with a lineup of many small- and mid-sized buildings mainly along Yotsubashi-Suji and Nagahori-Dori streets. Although emergence of retail facilities
