Location Characteristics

GreenOak Takanawadai is located in the Shirokanedai area, which is situated within the southern loop of the JR Yamanote Line and at an inner part almost east of Meguro Station. It is one of the high-class residential districts in Tokyo, and also lies in an environment full of greenery, as there is the Institute for Natural Study, Meiji Gakuin University that has historical buildings, the garden of Happo-En (restaurant and wedding hall complex) adjacent to it and Zuishoji Temple in the neighborhood.

The area has a certain level of access convenience, as the Toei Subway Mita Line and the Tokyo Metro Nanboku Line are available at Shirokane Takanawa Station and Shirokanedai Station.

The area is characterized by the fact that, due to these area characteristics as a high-class residential district, there is strong demand from such area-specific business categories as real estate, insurance, various schools serving visiting customers, clinics and other service-related firms conducting businesses for local residents in neighboring areas, although the demand and supply are not large enough to create an office market on its own. In addition, demand can be expected from the business categories that want to link the impression of the Shirokanedai area to their corporate images.

Property Features

GreenOak Takanawadai is approximately a one-minute walk from Takanawadai Station on the Toei Subway Asakusa Line, and is located along the Sakurada-Dori street. As such, the Property features good visibility and convenience.

Moreover, completed in 2010, the Property is recognized to have high scarcity value in the area where there are many small- and medium-sized buildings built many years ago. It also has high level basic facilities. Accordingly, the Property should have a strong appeal to clients looking for office spaces that value a location of “being near the station” and “newness” of the building. In addition, greenery has been planted on the rooftop and can be enjoyed from some floors. This should be an impressive factor for clients that place emphasis on such environmental aspects.
