Location Characteristics
FORECAST Sakurabashi is located in the Hatchobori area, which is situated to the east of Kyobashi, Chuo Ward. It is a historical town, as it is often used as a setting for shooting Japanese historical period dramas, while having rows of office buildings along the Yaesu-Dori and Shin-Ohashi-Dori streets.
The nearest station in the Hatchobori area is Hatchobori Station where the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and the JR Keiyo Line are available, while Takaracho Station on the Toei Subway Asakusa Line in the adjacent Kyobashi area can be used. After a further walk, the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line is also available. As such, the area features good access convenience to central Tokyo.
In terms of the office market, the Hatchobori area serves to take on the secondary demand out of the adjacent Kyobashi – Yaesu – Nihombashi area. In addition, demand also comes from the adjacent Kayabacho area on the north side and the Shintomicho – Tsukiji area on the south side. Accordingly, the area can absorb demand from companies that are looking for office spaces in a wide scope of areas.
Property Features
FORECAST Sakurabashi is approximately a three-minute walk from Hatchobori Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and JR Keiyo Line and approximately a five-minute walk from Takaracho Station on the Toei Subway Asakusa Line, standing in a location that is one block in from the main street and provides relatively good visibility. Moreover, as the Kyobashi – Yaesu – Nihombashi area is within walking distance, the property should enjoy a certain level of recognition in terms of convenience. It is in a location environment that maintains the atmosphere of an office district, with a concentration of relatively large office buildings in the neighborhood.
Although the building was completed in 1985, it underwent large-scale renovation work including repair of the outer walls so that its specifications do not reflect its real age. In particular, the entrance uses plenty of stone materials to maintain a sense of excellence to a certain degree, and the building as a whole is sufficiently set to meet the recent requirements of tenants.
