Location Characteristics

FORECAST Mita is located in the Mita area, which is situated in the southeastern part of Minato Ward. The area is famous for the Mita Campus of Keio University, but is also known as a tranquil, high-class residential district with history, with embassies of many countries and entertainment facilities of major companies. Together with the adjacent areas, it has well-established transportation networks such as JR, Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines are available and major trunk roads including the National Highway Route 1 (Sakurada-Dori street) run through the area.

Although demand for office spaces specifically in this area is not so large, demand is often observed from branch offices, affiliate companies and business partners of a major electronics company headquartered in the adjacent Shiba Area. On top of this, there is demand from such business categories as education, welfare facilities and service industries targeting the local residents.

FORECAST Mita is approximately a two-minute walk from Akabanebashi Station on the Toei Subway Oedo Line and approximately a five-minute walk from Shibakoen Station on the Toei Subway Mita Line and Azabu Juban Station on the Tokyo Metro Nanboku Line, located at the side of the Inner Circular Route of the Shuto Expressway in the northeastern part of the Mita area. Along the same street stand small- and medium-sized office buildings and condominiums, and there exist the Healthcare Center of Minato Ward and a university hospital on the opposite side across the front street. As such, the Property is in an environment that has a different atmosphere from typical business districts.

The building is a medium-sized building with a standard floor area of 116 tsubos, but is fairly new, completed in 2009, and equipped with high level basic facilities.
