FORECAST Yotsuya is located in the Yotsuya address area, which is administratively limited to the narrow area that runs from north to south around Shinjuku-Dori street, between Yotsuya Station (on the JR Chuo and Sobu Lines and the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi and Nanboku Lines) and Yotsuya-Sanchome Station (on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line). However, what is generally called the Yotsuya area also covers the areas around Yotsuya Station and includes part of Kojimachi and Bancho in Chiyoda Ward. The area is highly regarded for its access convenience, as railway lines that allow easy access to major areas are available at Yotsuya Station, including the JR and Tokyo Metro lines.
Along the Shinjuku-Dori street stand rows of small- and medium-sized office buildings, while the backdrop of the street is a residential district. In particular, the inner part to the south of the Shinjuku-Dori street is a widely spreading tranquil residential district, and produces a composed atmosphere with such schools as Gakushuin Primary School.
Due to these area characteristics, the area does not have a concentration of office buildings comparable to typical business districts. However, the area is sometimes regarded as a candidate location for setting up offices by local companies as well as the affiliates and business partners of companies that are based along the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, including those in Shinjuku and Otemachi areas, in consideration of the convenience of the line.
FORECAST Yotsuya is approximately a four-minute walk from Yotsuya-Sanchome Station and approximately a six-minute walk from Yotsuya Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, along the Shinjuku-Dori street. Partly due to the good visibility, the location of the Property should be well evaluated.
The building was completed in 2009, being one of the few buildings that was built in 2000 and after in the neighborhood, and its relatively young age should be a strong point in this area. Moreover, it is equipped with basic facilities that fully satisfy the recent tenant needs, as it has individually-controlled air-conditioning and OA-compatible floors, among other features.
